You then answer the questions and are given a set of macros nutrients guidelines to follow that a tailored to your age, weight height and goals. STEP 2: Chose a supermarket or multiple supermarkets, that offer great tasting convenience meals or grab foods. My choice was M&S. STEP 3: Choose your lunch and dinner meals, add the total up. Ensure it’s under your calories allowance from step 1, then chose your breakfast and snacks based on your remaining calories. STEP 4: Simply do this daily or work it out for the week and stock up on all your meals and snacks. It really is that simple.
