My Convenience Food Meal Plan As I shared in my video today, I'm exploring a convenient way of eating this week to offer you another option for healthy eating. While microwave meals and grab-and-go foods can be a bit controversial, my video explains the rationale behind providing this option. I've included my meal plan along with my macro nutrient log from my calorie-counting app, which shows a well-balanced approach that is significantly healthier than typical takeaway and convenience food choices. I chose to highlight Marks & Spencer after passing through the store last week and discovering their range of healthy, balanced, and protein-rich meals. This inspired me to guide you toward an alternative way to begin or simplify your own health journey with less fuss, meal prep, and cooking. Although I love cooking and meal prepping, I understand that not everyone has the time or inclination to do so, making this a great alternative for those who need it. Using a calorie-counting app, I've calculated my macros and simply scanned the lunch and dinner meals I plan to have, then built my snacks around those to create my meal plan. It's incredibly easy and convenient, and I anticipate sharing some amazing results as I maintain a well-balanced calorie deficit. I’ll provide daily updates since many of you are interested in my diet.
